And on the bus I met some nice dutch folks who helped me figure out how to get from central Holland to the airport the quickest way. We checked in about a half hour before the plane was due to depart. The airline people made it seem like we were almost too late, and we had to run about a half mile to the gate, where we stood in line for 10 minutes to go through security. Some people arrived even later than we did!
